Support for the professional and personal development of women aged 50+. Through project activities, there will be an improvement in the position of women in employment, on the job market, as well as their overall motivation for professional and personal development. Women will be educated through group interactive face-to-face and online seminars on various topics, but also individually supported. As part of personal development, they will have access to coaching, psychological support, and care from other experts, such as lawyer or IT professionals.
Main seminar topics:
• Personal and social development,
• Psychohygiene,
• Burnout syndrome,
• Body ergonomics,
• Digitalization and the use of artificial intelligence in practice,
• Media literacy, information literacy, and cyber defense,
• Communication styles and conflict resolution,
• Labor law,
• Financial literacy.
Women choose the specific thematic seminars in which they want to further their education to meet their individual needs. During the introductory weekend, they also choose a specific expert whom they currently need the most for their further personal or professional development, and with whom they can subsequently meet regularly. The final weekend involves a comprehensive reflection on set goals and their definition for the next period.
The project is designed for 2 groups of 30 women. For the first group it starts from February 2024 to November 2024, and the second is scheduled from February 2025 to November 2025.
