The project aims to introduce and expand peer support and mentoring using an internal systemic approach to education in the Czech Republic through facilitated workshops with subsequent supervision and preparation of internal mentors.
Peer support has been implemented in 12 schools, the workshops were attended by 150 teachers. The project also included the preparation of 18 internal mentors in 9 schools. As a support for workshops, methodical sheets containing both, theory and reflective questions were developed during the project.
In September 2020, a dissemination conference SHARING MATTERS on peer support and mentoring using a systemic approach at school was held. If you are interested in the topic, feel free to download Conference Proceedings (unfortunately only in Czech).
