The project focused on the ongoing evaluation of the current implementation of the Applied Research Program of the Ministry of Agriculture for the period 2017 – 2025, Earth and the evaluation of the Research, Development and Innovation Conception of the Ministry of Agriculture for 2016-2020. 

The evaluation was based on a combination of quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods (semi-structured interviews, analysis of data from the monitoring system, questionnaire surveys – CAWI, content analysis, qualitative case studies, comparative analysis, synthesis).

Conclusions and use of outputs:
The conclusions of the interim evaluation took the form of detailed evaluation recommendations for the implementation of the evaluated R&D programs of the Ministry of Agriculture, as well as recommendations for further action within the evaluated Conception. The final report contains comprehensive information from the evaluations of the Earth Program and the Conception of Research, Development and Innovation of the Ministry of Agriculture for 2016-2022. The main goal of this report was to provide the contracting authority conclusions and recommendations.
