The training fulfils the basic professional need for quality tools for teaching work with a heterogeneous class. A systemic approach brings the ability to understand things in contexts, to reflect them in the system, and then to find a working solution in the system. It offers the art of self-reflection, that is, how we understand ourselves and how we use it for our personal and professional satisfaction. It is based on the art of communication (with pupils, parents, colleagues, but also family members), which it understands as a skill of getting to know the world of yourself and the world of others, thus beginning to understand each other. It is the basis of an approach to helping professions. The training then offers a complete approach methodology and practical solutions to specific situations that teachers encounter in the profession.
The basis of the project is the creation of an environment for the work of children with a different native language and the preparation of internal mentors in these schools using systemic mentoring. Using the tools you will be able to deal with problems more effectively, or contact one of your colleagues. Systemic workshops will be implemented at six schools, with at least 60 teachers attending seminars. The project also includes the preparation of internal mentors at participating schools. An expert conference on mutual support and mentoring using the systemic approach in schools for approximately 100 participants will be organized in 2018. The project focuses on specific objective 4.2 Improving the quality of education through the enhancement of inclusion in a multicultural society, in which it responds to Theme III of Increasing the Competences of Teachers and Other Educators.
Conclusions of the project:
A dissemination conference was organized within the project. Methodological materials were also developed to help teachers learn and use new tools in practice. Other materials relate to the evaluation course, which supports teachers in the evaluation of innovative teaching methods.
