The aim of the project is to prepare children for leaving institutional care and their integration into working life. For the children, general, executive and professional education aimed at increasing practical skills, with an emphasis on their application in future employment through the implementation of a whole range of activities – professional and practical workshops, mentoring, coaching, etc. The next phase of the project is employment mediation.
Key project activities:
1: Development of competences and increase of personal motivation
1.1: Initial meeting with the children – motivational and coaching activities with children
1.2: Continuous work with children – familiarization activities and personal social development, coaching, mentoring and possible help of a psychologist
1.3: Development of children’s key competences for entering the labor market on topics

1.4: Working with the target group through social networks and distributing knowledge about 50 short videos on social networks. A brief brochure for becoming independent and entering the labor market.
2: Extension of practical skills – certified educational workshops

1. Working with sea fish and gifts of the sea
2. Theory of banquets and preparation of the banquet table
3. Basics of coating, decorating and modeling from pastry dough

2.2: Professional workshops for hairdressing disciplines ending with certification
The main topics of the workshops:
1. Hair cutting techniques
2. Hair coloring techniques
3. Creation of wedding and social hairstyles
4. Hair extensions and braids
2.3: Professional workshops and seminars according to the individual needs
3: Employment mediation
The aim of this activity is to place the target group in new jobs. This activity will be ensured through an employment agency.
